Hosted PBX products or so far known as Centrex products are PBX services where customers do not need to provide PBX devices. The PBX function is at the central side of Telkom, while subscribers only need to subscribe to the main line and the Hosted PBX feature. Customers will get a multi line analog telephone line according to the package chosen. Calls between extensions (Close User Group) with short code free of charge.
The customer segment for Virtual PBX services is aimed at EBIS (Enterprise, Business and Government Segment) customers both in HRB (High Rise Building) and industrial areas.
Positioning of the HOSTED PBX service is a multi line analog telephone service grouped in one Close User Group with calls between extensions free of charge. (This service is similar to PBX services, but does not need to provide PBX equipment on the customer side).
